ECU/ECM and transmission issues

I own a 4 door 4 cyl honda accord EX. just a couple of weeks ago I had a problem with the transmission and had it rebuilt to Near Mint Condition. But there after the nightmares started. The engine light started coming up and the repairs went with it. I have since replaced the upstream oxygen sensor and the shift solenoid. but everytime we replaced one thing, the ECU would replace it with another. Just two days ago, I tried running the car and the transmission went heywire and the RPM went way up. does anybody have an answer to this and should i go ahead and replace the ECU/ECM?

Is there a warranty with the tranny? If so, take it to the tranny shop and explain the problems, maybe they did something wrong.
