What do I do with a rather long list of OBD II codes?

The guys at shop checked my car out (check engine light is on, engine revs too high, otherwise car is ok but I need to pass an emissions test), they gave me a long list of codes that came up, and said I might need a new computer. I assume they're talking about the PCM when they say computer? He said the long list of codes is indicative of the computer being shot.

Apparently there's a lot of labour involved in checking all the different sensors. Is this a problem that might be solved by a new computer?

The codes that came up:
P0300 engine misfire detected
P0326 knock sensor 1 signal out of range
P0341 CMP sensor circuit out of range
P0507 Idle Control System RPM Higher Than Expected
P0562 System Voltage Low
P1594 CC Power management mode or engine stall
P1620 Low Coolant Circuit

For the record, I'm not a car guy, I learned what OBD codes and PCM are from Google about 5 minutes ago.

I would disconnect the battery and touch both terminals together for 30 seconds. Then hook back up and drive for a few. Check again. See what codes you have back.
