Process of dynamical occurrence of fantastic number of electronic payment systems in the Internet lately makes think hard on economic
hidden reason of such tendency. And indeed, it is necessary to consider what caused the occurrence of such number of new emitters of electronic
currencies and the payment services in the Internet, and in particular in its Ru-segment. As well as on the services they came with to
Internet users, who even more often trust them their personal ip-addresses and precious id number of this or that payment system,

For 17 years the financial mechanism in our country has increased more than on 1000 banks, each of them has own unique place in the certain economic system.
Such historical parallels between banks and today's EPS allow describing clearly the current situation of occurrence of a great number of participants on the electronic finance market. And though a big trio of emitters of electronic finance - Cyber Plat, WebMoney and E-port has won the paralyzing popularity and loyalty of the clients, players of a smaller scale continue feeling confident enough on a financial platform of a world wide web. Let’s try to analyze the reason of small-scale players of EPS market. We shall construct our analysis on separation of three EPS groups - specialized, Internet banks, and systems of so-called general orientation.
